Hello and welcome to my blog. 

Getting this website up and running is something I've been meaning to do for so long, but I'm not very tech minded, so its something I have been putting off. I'd much rather be writing!  But needs must so here I am and my aim is to blog regularly here so that I can keep you up to date with everything I'm doing. 

Today is a very special day as my third book is published on Kindle.  Things We Need to Say is a continuation of my a first book, Things They Never Said and follows the story of Jay and Emma as well as continuing the story of Liz and Alex. So far the reviews have been really pleasing, so if you do happen to read and enjoy it, I would love it if you could leave a review.

On Monday fellow Choc Lit author Morton S Gray hosted me on her blog so please follow the link to read. Tomorrow I'm appearing on Anni Rose's blog too. Thank you ladies for being such lovely hosts.

I'm busy working on my next book, but unfortunately can't reveal anything about it at the moment. I'm also working on setting up a newsletter for anyone who wants to follow me. Am the moment I'm writing a little something which will be free to anyone who subscribes to it. Hopefully more on this in a later blog.

Its been a busy summer for meeting up with writer friends. In July I attended the Love Stories festival in Manchester. This was a two day event with workshops on Day 1 and numerous interview panels with romance authors on Day 2. It was fascinating to hear about the lives of some of my favourite authors and even get to meet them.

Earlier this month I attended the Summer Fling organised by the Romantic Novelists Association This was a one day event held in Birmingham. A day full of writing related talks which was incredibly inspiring. 

Next month I'm off to Spain for a two week holiday, where I hope to be scribbling away in the sunshine, enjoying the last of the warmth before autumn and winter set in.
